Reach
6 – 15 June, 2025
An explorative exhibition, by oil painter Rae Clarke, about ways women find inspiration and overcome adversity through solidarity and camaraderie, including wild swimming. From moments of contemplation to shared ventures and joys, the work centres on women’s resilience and the value in being seen.
Opening Night: Friday 6 June, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
Exhibition Open: Weekends 7–8 and 14–15 June, 10 am – 5 pm.
Humble Beginnings
2 – 31 August, 2025
Join us for Humble Beginnings, an exhibition showcasing the work of ten talented members of East Cleveland Ceramics, a not-for-profit organisation based at Duncan Place in Loftus.

Tales of Salt and Heather
4 – 26 October, 2025
Explore the folklore of the North Yorkshire Moors and Coast through the imaginative works of Helen Gaunt, Alice Grey, Glynis Johnson, and Sara Henry. Featuring weaving, linocut, painting, illustration, and ceramics, this exhibition brings local legends—Witch Hares, Hag Stones, Hobs, Wyrms, Selkies, and more—to life.
